Thrushwood Farms smoke turkeys and hams are fully cooked. They can be served cold or heated. To heat place in a preheated 325ºF oven for 10 to 12 minutes per lb. We usually put a small amount of water in the bottom of the pan to help retain the moisture, and cover.
To help retain moisture, add a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan during the cooking process. Use 325ºF oven. For best results use a meat thermometer.
Bake in a 425ºF preheated oven with a small amount of water.
Cook in 350 degree F oven. Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F, always use a meat thermommeter. For best results place an inch or so of water in the bottom of the pan and cover.
The Thrushwood Farm Honey Glazed Sliced ham is fully cooked. You are reheating the ham. Remove all packaging materials and place in a pan. Heat the ham in a 325 degree oven for 1 to 1/2 hours. If frozen allow more time.
Bake in 350 degree oven in a roasting pan with a small amount of liquid.
