Spicy
Spicy was originally called TEX-MEX Spicy because some of the best sticks that I had ever had where down in Texas. Those processors often use those southwestern flavors and I have always enjoyed their products. After while we couldn't figure out why people were hesitant to try it so I finally started asking and we found that people weren't sure what Tex Mex was or how spicy it was. So with a little tweaking we changed it's name to SPICY.
