Every company has a project that gives them challenge after challenge - ours is Sweet Teriyaki. I had tasted a great sweet teriyaki jerky that I fell in love with when I was on the road with the meats and livestock judging teams at the University of Illinois. I would buy the product everytime that I saw it on the shelf. When I came home to our family business I told myself someday I was going to make a product just as good and even better. It took roughly 23 batches of snack sticks before finely with the help of our spice company and one of there salesmen's help we got it! Sweet Teriyaki is born and I could not be happier it is our number one seller for a reason!
